Model Pengambilan Keputusan Strategis dalam Memprediksi Perilaku Pelanggan Melalui Pendekatan Decision Tree
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pengambilan keputusan strategis yang efektif dalam memprediksi perilaku pelanggan melalui pendekatan Decision Tree (Pohon Keputusan). Masalah utama dalam manajemen pemasaran modern adalah pengolahan data transaksi yang besar menjadi informasi strategis yang mudah diinterpretasikan oleh pihak manajemen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan algoritma pohon keputusan untuk mengklasifikasikan pola loyalitas berdasarkan variabel frekuensi belanja dan nilai transaksi. Pengujian statistika dilakukan untuk memastikan validitas pola yang terbentuk dalam setiap cabang keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Decision Tree mampu memberikan visualisasi alur logika "jika-maka" yang sangat transparan, sehingga memudahkan manajer dalam mengidentifikasi segmen pelanggan yang berisiko berhenti berlangganan (churn). Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah tersedianya alat bantu keputusan yang logis bagi perusahaan untuk merancang strategi retensi pelanggan yang lebih personal, efisien, dan berbasis data.
Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Media Sosial Instragram Terhadap Minat Kunjungan Wisatawan Pada Objek Wisata Green Paradise Kota Pagar Alam
Social media has an important role and has a big impact on increasing tourist interest. This platform is the main tool for informing and promoting tourist destinations. The better the quality of information shared through social media, the greater the interest of tourists to visit. This study aims to determine the influence of the use of Instagram social media on tourist interest in visiting the Green Paradise tourist attraction in Pagar Alam City. The method used in this study is quantitative with the Non Probability Sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling. The sample in this study was 44 people with the criteria of Instagram users and had visited the Green Paradise tourist attraction. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis with the SPSS26 program. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Use of Social Media has a significant effect on Tourist Interest in the Green Paradise tourist attraction in Pagar Alam City. The test results show that the R Square value is 0.554 while the remaining 0.446 is influenced by other factors that were not studied. The results of this study provide implications that there needs to be good use of Instagram social media in increasing tourist interest in visiting the Green Paradise touristattraction in Pagar Alam City.
Clustering Komentar YouTube Terkait Kesempatan Kerja Gen Z di Luar Negeri: Studi pada Video ChannelBeritaSatu
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan pola opini publik mengenai peluang kerja Gen Z di luar negeri, dengan menganalisis komentar pada video unggahan channel YouTube BeritaSatu. Gen Z, yang lahir antara tahun 1997 hingga 2012, dikenal sebagai generasi digital yang memiliki aspirasi global tinggi. Di Indonesia, meningkatnya minat generasi ini untuk bekerja di luar negeri dipicu oleh terbatasnya lapangan kerja domestik, daya tarik penghasilan yang lebih tinggi, serta keinginan memperoleh pengalaman internasional.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksploratif berbasis text mining dan algoritma K-Means Clustering untuk mengelompokkan komentar. Tahapan analisis mencakup preprocessing teks, ekstraksi fitur dengan TF-IDF, penentuan jumlah cluster menggunakan Elbow Method dan Silhouette Score, serta visualisasi hasil menggunakan PCA (Principal Component Analysis).Hasil analisis menunjukkan empat kelompok utama komentar: (1) dukungan terhadap kerja di luar negeri, (2) kritik terhadap kondisi ketenagakerjaan dalam negeri, (3) komentar informatif dan netral, dan (4) komentar sarkastik dan humoris. Setiap cluster memperlihatkan kata-kata dominan yang mencerminkan karakteristik tematiknya. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa media sosial dapat menjadi sumber data yang bernilai dalam memahami persepsi publik secara digital.Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pembuat kebijakan di bidang ketenagakerjaan dan pendidikan, serta menjadi dasar pengembangan strategi untuk meningkatkan kesiapan tenaga kerja muda Indonesia dalam menghadapi kompetisi kerja global.
INTEGRASI SAINS DATA DAN REKAYASA PERANGKAT LUNAK: PENDEKATAN HOLISTIK DALAM PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI PINTAR
Integrasi Sains Data dan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak menjadi aspek krusial dalam pengembangan aplikasi pintar modern yang efisien dan skalabel. Sains Data berfokus dan menyediakan analisis data besar dan pembelajaran mesin untuk menghasilkan wawasan yang mendalam sementara Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak memastikan implementasi sistem yang dibangun memiliki struktur yang kuat, efisien, dapat diandalkan dan mudah dipelihara. Penelitian ini membahas pendekatan holistik dalam menggabungkan kedua bidang ini, menyoroti tantangan teknis serta solusi berbasis MLOps dan arsitektur mikroservices. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sistem berbasis kecerdasan buatan untuk menilai dampak integrasi terhadap performa sistem. Studi kasus menunjukkan bahwa integrasi yang baik dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pemrosesan data sebesar 30%, meningkatkan akurasi model hingga 10% dan memperbaiki skalabilitas sistem. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan pipeline data, deploymentotomatis, serta pemantauan model sangat penting dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak berbasis AI. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, organisasi dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja aplikasi pintar untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data.
Efektivitas PjBL Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Di Kelas VII Pada Materi Bangun Ruang Bola Di SMP Negeri 2 Pagaralam Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023
The objective of his research was to find out the effectiveness of the project model in class VII and the results on spherical space material. With the entire local VII population, 3 classes were randomly sampled as the instrument trial local, the control class and the experimental class. The research method used the experimental method of the Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design type. The experimental group was given a project treatment to complete the project to prove the formula for the surface area of a spherical shape with one orange. As for the local that was not given treatment with conventional methods (conventional). The techniques used for data collection include documentation and tests on students. To analyze the data, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypotheses were carried out. The findings show that students who use the PjBL learning model report very good educational outcomes using the project task of proving the surface area formula of a spherical shape with one orange better with a value of 92.78 and the value of the results of the learning process using conventional methods (conventional) of 80 .31 where the result value of the student learning process increased from 80.31 to 92.78 in the results of the answers to the Post-Test questions. This means that there is the effectiveness of the project-based model after the project task is to prove the surface area of a spherical shape with one orange on the final score of the student. For this reason, the model applied meets the aspects of validity and effectiveness in the learning process so that teachers are advised to use this teaching model to support pupils understand the material objectives of the projects they are doing. So that the project made by this researcher is feasible to be used as a support for increasing student scores. Because the results of the pretest and posttest showed that there was an increase in value. This shows the effect of this PjBL learning model on class VII students' grades regarding building a ballroom for Pagaralam 2 Public Middle School for the 2022/2023 academic year.
