Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui peran Teknologi dan Hukum Bisnis di era globalisasi ekonomi. Di era globaliasi peran teknologi merupaka alat pengerak tumbuh kembangnya perekonomian suatu bangsa. Hukum dalam pengembangan globalisasi ekonomi memegang peranan penting khususnya mengantur segala bentuk kemajuan teknologi infomasi, komunikasi transaksi baik skala nasional maupun internasional. globalisasi ekonomi mengatur segala aktivitas manusia dalam memenuhi kebutuhan manusia melalui perdangan barang dan jasa. Selain itu hukum melindungai, mengatur dan merencanakan kehidupan ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sosio-legal dengan pendekatan interdisiplioner. Pendekatan ini menguji studi doktinal terhadap hukum dengan melibatkan sudut pendang sosial, politik, ekonomi dan budaya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah teknologi berperan penting dalam mengubah bisnis secara fondamental sedangkan Hukum Bisnis merupakan mengatur aktivitas bisnis dan perdagangan skala nasional maupun internasional. Sehingga dalam penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran teknologi dan Hukum Bisnis di era globalisasi ekonomi adalah sebagai sebagai pengerak tumbuh kembangan nya perekonomian bangsa yang harus diterapkan Hukum Bisnis untuk mengatur dan melindungi berbagai jenis bisnis global

Efektivitas PjBL Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Di Kelas VII Pada Materi Bangun Ruang Bola Di SMP Negeri 2 Pagaralam Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023

The objective of his research was to find out the effectiveness of the project model in class VII and the results on spherical space material. With the entire local VII population, 3 classes were randomly sampled as the instrument trial local, the control class and the experimental class. The research method used the experimental method of the Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design type. The experimental group was given a project treatment to complete the project to prove the formula for the surface area of a spherical shape with one orange. As for the local that was not given treatment with conventional methods (conventional). The techniques used for data collection include documentation and tests on students. To analyze the data, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypotheses were carried out. The findings show that students who use the PjBL learning model report very good educational outcomes using the project task of proving the surface area formula of a spherical shape with one orange better with a value of 92.78 and the value of the results of the learning process using conventional methods (conventional) of 80 .31 where the result value of the student learning process increased from 80.31 to 92.78 in the results of the answers to the Post-Test questions. This means that there is the effectiveness of the project-based model after the project task is to prove the surface area of a spherical shape with one orange on the final score of the student. For this reason, the model applied meets the aspects of validity and effectiveness in the learning process so that teachers are advised to use this teaching model to support pupils understand the material objectives of the projects they are doing. So that the project made by this researcher is feasible to be used as a support for increasing student scores. Because the results of the pretest and posttest showed that there was an increase in value. This shows the effect of this PjBL learning model on class VII students' grades regarding building a ballroom for Pagaralam 2 Public Middle School for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Penyuluhan Hukum Sistem Pewarisan pada Masyarakat Hukum Adat Besemah di Kota Pagar Alam

Penyuluhun Hukum ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem Pewarisan Merurut Hukum Adat pada Masyarakat Besemah di Kota Pagar Alam. Waris merupakan salah satu bagian dari Hukum Adat yang kita kenal dengan nama Hukum Waris Adat, Hukum Waris Adat yang berlaku di Indonesia tidaklah sama, sesuai dengan sistem kekerabatan yang dianut dalam masyarakat, misalnya ada yang Materilineal, Patrilineal ataupun Parental. Jenis PkM ini dengan pendekatan Hukum Empiris, Metode ceramah dengan pendekatan budaya / Etnografi Approach. Hasil penelitian ini adalah. Pada Masyarakat Besemah di Kota Pagar Alam menganut sistem Pewarisan Patrilineal tapi perkembanganya sistem pewarisan kekerabatan Patrilineal mulai ditinggalkan masyarakat menuju sistem pembagian warisan berdasarkan sistem kekerabatan Parental. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa saat ini sistem pewarisan pada Masyarakat Besemah di Kota Pagar Alam adanya kecendungan bergesir ke sistem pewarisan berdasarkan garis ayah ibu yang disebut Parental yaitu anak perempuan dan anak laki-laki berhak atas warsian kedua orang tuanya.
